You may use Bol Ke Likho for lawful personal, educational and business purposes.

You are responsible for the audio, writing and documents you submit, edit, download or share. Make sure you have permission to process content belonging to other people.

Accuracy and availability

Speech recognition and document tools can make mistakes. Check names, numbers, wording, formatting and exported files before using them.

The service is a writing aid, not professional advice or a certified transcription service. Do not use its output as the only basis for important legal, medical, financial or emergency decisions.

Features may depend on your browser, device, internet connection and third-party services. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or identical results on every device.

Accounts and free features

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in codes and account access private. Do not share codes or use another person’s account without permission.

Basic web and Android voice typing, notes, editing, copying and sharing are free for this launch. Registration is free. Some web extras require a free account. Soniox speech and audio conversion are unavailable. Optional premium extras may be introduced later with clear prices and conditions.

Any future paid service will show its price and conditions before purchase. Creating a free account does not by itself authorise a charge.

Prohibited conduct

Do not use the website to break the law, infringe copyright, invade privacy, impersonate others or distribute harmful content.

Do not interfere with security, introduce malicious software, overload the service or bypass account controls and usage limits. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or protect the service.

Your content and our website

You retain any rights you hold in your writing and documents. You allow us to process that content only as needed to provide the features you choose.

Our branding, original articles, design and other website materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licences.

Speech recognition, hosting, email and other functions may rely on external providers. Their services have separate terms and privacy policies.

Except for rights and guarantees that cannot legally be excluded, the website is provided on an “as available” basis.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from uncorrected output, service interruptions or loss of content. Keep your own copies of important documents.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
