Private PDF tools that stay on your device
Most free PDF websites work by taking your file to their servers. These tools do the work in your browser instead: the PDF is opened, changed and saved on your own phone or computer. That matters for the documents people actually handle — identity papers, bank statements, contracts, medical letters.
What is included
Arrange pages (merge, split, delete, extract, rotate, organize), prepare files (compress, crop, flatten forms), convert pictures to PDF and PDF pages to JPG, PNG or plain text, and sign or mark up a PDF. Text you add can be in English, Punjabi or Hindi.

Open the free scanner to photograph pages, make an image PDF, or recognise printed Punjabi, Hindi and English text in your browser. Review the result before using it; handwriting and complex layouts may not read correctly.
What is not included
Converting Word, Excel or PowerPoint files and adding or removing passwords are not offered here.
